Geo Domain Tools

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 22, 2026

What this covers

This privacy policy explains how Geo Domain Tools (geodomaintools.com) handles your information when you use our site. We run a domain search tool, nothing more. We do not sell your data, we do not create user profiles, and we do not track you across the web.

What we collect

We collect very little:

  • Domain search keywords - the words you type into the search box are sent to our server to check domain availability. We do not store these searches.
  • Basic analytics - we use Google Analytics to see which pages are popular and where our traffic comes from. This is anonymized and does not identify you personally.
  • Ad-related cookies - we use Google AdSense to show ads. Google sets cookies to personalize those ads. We have no control over which ads you see.

Cookies and ad personalization

We use cookies for two things: Google Analytics (to understand site traffic) and Google AdSense (to show relevant ads). AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other sites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time. Visit Google Ads Settings to turn it off. You can also opt out of third-party cookies through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Google AdSense - serves ads. Google Privacy Policy
  • Google Analytics - tracks site usage. Same Google Privacy Policy applies.
  • Supabase - our database provider. Stores anonymous usage counters, not personal data. Supabase Privacy Policy

Data retention

We do not maintain user accounts, so there is nothing to retain. Domain search results are generated in real time and discarded when you leave the page. The only persistent data is an anonymous counter that tracks how many searches have been run, which we use for a “domains checked” counter on the homepage.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR (Europe), CCPA (California), or similar laws. These include the right to know what data we hold about you, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of data collection. Since we hold almost no personal data, exercising these rights is straightforward: just email us and we will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not send individual notifications.
